Through our Patriot Watch monitoring system, we are notified of any issues with your nightly backup.  Our technicians can respond quickly to problems with the backup and in most cases can start another backup that night once the issue is resolved.  They can also troubleshoot most backup issues remotely, saving valuable time and money for you.
